The ease of website is very good. The delivery time is fast. But the shipping charge is quite expensive. You must have some cheaper shipping options for overseas buyers. For me, ordinary air with envelope packaging is enough.

It's a very nice gift, with quality tea (we bought loose leaf tea). It includes brewing instructions, flavour notes and some podcasts to know more about it. A complete package! Best 60 EUR ever spent.

They have the best tea selection in the world and the quality is second to none. Great customer service and super quick delivery, even internationally. I have been ordering from they for about 2 years and I would not change to a different tea brand.
