While the booking process was easy, the only method that I could see mentioned for accessing the specific car park was by camera reading my registration plate. This did not work either on entering or leaving the car park and led to difficulties.

I was charged 2.5 euros extra for 2 minutes. This was not a delay caused by me, but a delay caused by the exit gate which didnt opened on time.

Location and everything was oke, but I choose this garage because of the electric charging possibilities. It did not work and because of that instead of 3 days I only used it for 1.5 days to charge it somewhere else and thus with extra costs

La réservation sur le site internet est simple et efficace, mais je ne comprends pas la raison pour laquelle le coût du parking a été déduit la semaine dernière. le montant que je paie normalement est de 8 euros et cette semaine est passé à 16 euros. Pouvez vous m'expliquer? Merci.

I had to drive the car myself to the parking lot when I arrived, with frustration and delay. The car was delivered back 30 minutes after I called you on the return trip. Moreover, no receipt was given to me at all (not when handing in the car or getting it back). This is really the worst parking service I have ever experienced.

Easy and honest. Had a bit of trouble with the QR code at the entrance. We just took an entry ticket and went to the reception lady. She was polite and sorted it with ease. Exited with no issues at departure. Terrific service. Easy to navigate and a very clean and good sized spaces to park. Highly recommend this facility!
