Verified reviewI received a mail stating that my car entry was not registered although my car was in the park already!

Dear client, thank you for your comment and we apologise for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that the reason for the undetected vehicle warning is due to the fact that the cameras at the barrier at your entrance did not recognise your license plate correctly and did not link it to your booking. On your return from your trip, you will have to go to the car park office and show the access ticket and the booking confirmation to the car park operator. Please note that if there is no staff at the booth to validate your exit, you can do so by remote management, by pressing the button found on the payment machines. Verified reviewParking étroit et compliqué. L’entrée pour les piétons n’est pas facile à trouver. Pour sortir, c’est également compliqué. Au lieu de rester 7h comme j’avais réservé initialement, je suis resté que 30 minutes (j’ai préféré payer le parking dans la rue). Parking à éviter.

When you modify the dates or the time of your booking on Onepark, a new booking is created and the old one is cancelled. Dear client, thank you for your comment. An already started booking is not modficable in your Onepark Account. Should you exceed the duration of your booking, it is not necessary to modify or extend your booking. According to the carpark policy, you will be asked to pay an extra-fee when leaving the carpark or, should a Onepark keyboard be installed, the corresponding amount will be charged directly on your credit card, when entering your code.
