Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

The QR didn't work. There is no one to talk to. I had to pay for the parking again. I emailed support to get a refund but I haven't heard back. I'm going to call the credit card if they don't answer.

Easy to find, friendly staff, taken to the airport straight away, ...and parked the car close to the bus for being taken to the airport. Couldn't fault the service - it was excellent and fast service.

The order process was good, but the location was not open when we went to pick up the car. It’s a hotel and nowhere does it say that they would be closed and uncontactable. We arrived about 20 minutes later than planned due to a train delay, but couldn’t access the car.

It is impossible to continue your booking for an additional period. I've booked parking for a month and when I tried to extend my subscription (3 days before the end date) It said that I cant do this and there are no free spaces. So if you need to book a place by booking the next period a month ahead

Clear information to locate best car park for our needs. Fair (not cheap) price for secure but accessible parking in central Paris. We felt comfortable to leave our vehicle fully loaded overnight and we’re not disappointed.
