Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Very bad experience. I have just made the booking, called the gentlemen working at Boulevard St Germain One Park, today, 13th of July. Very rude overall. He hung up the phone and never answered again. Do not advice.

The parking lot was easy to find. License plate recognition didn't work. But a very friendly employee helped us.

Fairly easy to park though the spaces are very narrow which makes getting out with children tricky - no parent child spaces. Toilets never had soap in and were not very clean. Also it wasn't clear if you still had to validate a pre paid ticket before you exited the car park. One car park said we owed €15 when we tried to leave despite having pre paid. When we called for help we weren't able to communicate as their English wasn't good and our French isn't - they let us out eventually.

Booking process was fine. Wish there were more parking sites in Paris... - the closest I could find was 20 min walk from the hotel.
