Verified reviewVery convenient navigation. In my experience the online description of each parking facility and of its access is confirmed by reality, i.e.is reliable.

Verified reviewThe only problem is to give the plate number car model during the booking. Since I used rental car I did not know in advance this information...

Verified reviewAfter making the reservation, the start and finish times do not match the start and finish times I asked for, so that has me concerned. I hope I will be able to enter and depart at the intended times and days in this booking.

Verified reviewIt was OK but your country selection drop-down is neither alphabetically, nor numerically sorted. So I had to scroll through all countries to find mine

Verified reviewIt was easy. But, and this is a personal bugbear, whilst I am happy to provide simple feedback, I don't like being compelled to write something as well -- FFS this is a website which is excellent but, let's not fool around, it's about car parks. Next time I just won't complete the review section.

Verified reviewI had to pay double (almost 200 euros for two days) and am still waiting for refund. Additionally, gate did not open and car was trapped on the ramp. Not helpful personnel in these situations.
