Verified reviewIn the park I booked you need to wait until the 2 doors open to get in. I did not know that and I was stoked at the middle of both for 30min until another customer come to help me. The personnel from one park at the phone does not explain me that.

Verified reviewIn general it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On our way back we called the office and it the communication was very difficult. If you don’t speak Dutch or French and at the end the guy was talking to us in a bad way . When we finally could pick up the car I saw a small hit in the back part of it . I don’t recommend this place

Verified reviewExcellent service. Easy to make your reservation. Just changed my reservation and immediately had my original charge refunded. The only minus is that you get charged the moment you book your reservation, and not the moment you actually check into the parking garage.
