Verified reviewI found the level of service extremely good. I managed to book an evening time instead of the morning to start my parking and I couldn’t enter the parking with the code. I rang the number which was at the entrance to the parking, got an immediate response and the problem was sorted straight away . The gentekeman also spoke to me in English ….I was parking in Nantes !

Verified reviewThe website works fine. Once the order is finalized and paid, the notifications and mails are a bit vague and can be improved. I'll try to use it again in the future

Verified reviewIn general it worked out alright, only I had booked a parking 3 weeks in advance to my needs and found out only 3 days prior arrival, that the booking hadn't gone through and I was left with no reservation. At short notice I had to pay almost double the prices, that wasn't funny at all.
