Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Excellent all round. We booked the car park last minute due to an emergency at home and we didn't know how long we would be away. Messaged them the day before we returned and the car was ready to collect. All the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

The verification of my credit card was a bit complicated as a card reader was required instead of using the bank app.

did not receive the email or txt message with the code to enter. I had to ring and speak to a nice lady who had to do a manual process and tell me a code that I had to note down to be able to exit. Not a very smooth process, however it worked in the end. Another aspect is about the time booking: I arrived with 20 minutes in advance on the pre-booked time. I believe a bite more flexibility by 1/2 hour would be great. many thanks

Pickup direction were unclear and driver did not want to come for pickup even though I was supposedly close by. I ended up paying for another parking since I was out of time.

Try to contact the number to cancel my parking but they did not answer so I lost 43 euros. Not happy with the “24hours” support.
