Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Problem finding the parking office and problem finding the attendant. The office is mot signposted. When I got there it was empty and locked. Call the number on the door but could hear telephone ringing inside office so no answer. Eventually attendant arrived and exit ticket given. Then all was fine but the whole process took about 20 to 30 minutes so a long delay getting out the parking.

It was really convenient however, because I didn’t have a physical ticket, I couldn’t open the door to enter the carpark, this issue should be addressed somehow bcz I wasn’t the only one with this problem

It took three attempts for the verification for the bank to be accepted, it was quite frustrating as it kept coming up as zero payment ,,, luckily it finally went through at the correct amount, we are just hoping that we HAVE NOT paid multiple times !

We had a great experience with this parking location in the Avenue Giuseppe Motta. Plenty of space, wide entrance gate, clear directions in the confirmation email, smooth check in- and -out processes. No problem with finding the way in and out, including the pedestrian road. Clean staircase - for sure not that clean as at one’s home, but very decent for a public garage. So I cannot share the bad experiences the others mention. At first, after reading the reviews, I was scared a bit, but there were no other options for a reasonable price, so we just went for this parking company. I am really happy we did that.

Unfortunately, the trip by car didn't go smoothly. The gate didn't open with the code. The gate didn't open twice. Luckily help was there, but that meant there was a delay.
