Verified reviewExcellent value for money. The car park is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Extremely easy to get in and out. Definitely, the best car park in the very centre of Paris.

Verified reviewDifficult to find on map as overlapped with many others. Booking not processed if using ‘Book again’ feature from previous parking. However, the Car Oark provides a good service and hence I return despite the difficulties encountered.

Verified reviewI reserved a parking spot through an app, but still needed to call a satff when I got there. There's no point in using the app. Furthermore, there was no staff there and I was unable to respond as instructed by the messages in the app.

Verified reviewFirst i have made a booking up to 10 AM. I have got an email with booking confirmation, Just in case if the airplane could come later I have made a small change - I have booked the parking place up to 11.00 AM. WHY the first booking with booking number etc was canceled and crerated new one? For my new booking I stil did not get an email with booking confirmation.

Verified reviewTo go to the lower floor where Onepark spaces are located there is a serous construction mistake in the right side of the ramp that one can not see, that damages the the right underside of any car. This should be singnalled and corrected, but neither the hotel attentandant of any signage points to that. By looking at paint scratches, many cars have been damaged and so was mine. This is an outrage!
