Verified reviewVery satisfied. I was able to park my VW caravelle in P1 at Geneva airport just outside the entrance and collect it from the parking area underground. The whole experience was very easy and convenient. The cost was higher than other options nearby the airport but for the ability to park van and the convenience was worth it. For a car I will still park at one of the hotels nearby with free shuttle service just on the lower cost.

Verified reviewIn general a good service. Yet, for first time customers, it might be unusual to discover that the confirmation process can take 15 minutes, or possibly longer. PayPal payment as an option should be standard by now and OnePark should integrate in its payment options, OnePark could also be clearer in its instructions by explaining that the the entry /exit code is not identical with the order number and where it can be found. It may also be worth mentioning that the code needs to be entered each time when entering or leaving the parking, including when by any chance the barrier is open.

Verified reviewHappy with the parking options given. I would have been a little bit more helpful to explain the restricted area access in Seville, which require you to give an access code to be given at entry and then wait for the metal 'bollard' to be lowered for you to enter the area. Although this informaiton was given, it was not clear, unless you had experienced it before.
