Verified reviewI wanted to pick the car up on a holiday. This turned out to be no problem but that was not clear from the web site. The parking was functioning on the holiday (1 May) but the booth was not manned. I do not understand why this is not properly explained on the web site. The employee in the booth spoke no English, but I was fortunate and got help from a French speaking person who happened to come by.

Verified reviewDas Buchen des Parkplatzes war sehr einfach. Leider waren wir zu früh und wussten nicht, was wir machen sollen. Wir haben dann Hilfe auf dem Parkplatz bei der Info bekommen. Haben ein neues Ticket abgeholt und gezahlt. Wäre schön, wenn man die Information auf der Seite erklären würde. Ansonsten ging es sehr problemlos.
