Verified reviewLa reservation s’est bien passée comme d’habitude. Néanmoins pour des raisons techniques, le parking ne facturerait pas ses clients ce soir-là. Vous ne serez donc pas facturé et avez refusé de me rembourser.

Verified reviewThe booking process is rather direct but when we had to change the booking, it's not as simple, we have to cancel the entire reservation and start again. And the price will change if you come back to the reservation like one week later. However, I was very impressed with the customer service support staff Fabien, who answered my queries each time and guide me when I had difficulty with the new user welcome code. Thank you Fabien!
