I booked for 6 am but could only be let in at 8 am. I had to wait two hours in the cold. When trying to reach the number provided only French-speaking speaking which did not help me at all. I wish I would have only be able to book at 8 am when 6 am clearly doesn't work

Muito bom. Recomendo. Tenho um carro grande (MB EQS 450+ de 5,27m de comprido e bastante largo, pelo que o acesso e espaço para manobrabilidade eram essenciais e isso NÃO FOI UM PROBLEMA de maior neste parque. Reservei on-line com base na pesquisa que realizei com antecedência no meu planeamento de viagem e, concretizaram-se as minhas melhores expectativas: EXCELENTE. Como bónus, a muito grande simpatia e vontade de bem-servir dos funcionários - mereceram bem a gorgeta que lhes deixei :) esforço para falar numa lingua estrangeira, sorrisos sinceros, rapidez no serviço de recolha/entrega da chave, ajuda nas manobras de estacionamento, etc. - São impecáveis. MENOS POSITIVO: 1. À noite, a enorme quantidade de pessoas nas ruas de aproximação ao parque; 2. ATENÇÃO ao acesso a estas ruas pois é de acesso restrito - Convèm verificar as condições de acesso a esta zona da cidade - o meu carro è 100% eléctrico 3. Ter de deixar a chave do carro com os funcionários, mas que é perfeitamente compreensível para a maximização dos lugares dísponiveis... mas faço aqui uma observação MUITO IMPORTANTE: O meu carro possui camaras vídeo 360º e pûde acompanhar e visualizar remotamente as poucas vezes em que os funcionários tiveram de realocar o meu carro noutro local... e foram extremamente cuidadosos... e são 5,27m - Garantidamente é uma experiência a repetir pois passou a ser um parque preeferencial em próximas viagens. Extra: tive alguma dificuldade em conseguir pagar on-line pois 4 cartões diferentes foram recusados; finalmente um cartão que eu até raramente uso, foi o que me permitiu pagar on-line a reserva - estranho.
