Verified reviewUsed option for multible entries an exits for my rental for stay in Malaga. The code they provided did not work on exit on any of days. I had to call customer service to get me out of parking. First day customer service opened remotly entrance gate, second day they asked to go in hotel reception to help. Third day I entered the code in entrance gate and got out that way myself. App and payment was good but physical service was bad

D’ailleurs, toutes les traces de pneus sur la bordure montrent bien que l’accès au -2 n’est pas fait pour les grandes voitures. Service client injoignable au téléphone. Réclamation envoyée par mail et toujours aucune nouvelle depuis 4 jours.
