Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

The car park was superb but so confusing with regard to pre paid tickets. Cameras should pick up your vehicle registration and open the barriers, this never happened. You need to make the process easier. On leaving the ticket that was issued on arrival wanted to charge us on departure even though we had pre paid , thankfully your office was open on the Sunday and we sorted thing - thank you .

All good, my only criticism from my past experience, it is quite difficult to get in and out of the pick up van as there is no bar to hold onto to help you get into the back.

I needed to change the times on my booking so I had to pay again and wait 10 days for a refund. That is silly when the cost of the booking was the same

Great place to park near Malaga airport - easy to book, straight-through experience. I was routed to a 2nd parking lot as primary lot was full, and upon returning was left in front of the car. Recommended
