Verified reviewThe car park we chose did not answer our calls to pick us up from t He airport. We had to get a taxi to the location of our car. The whole process with the staff was very poor, no one seemed to know what was happening.

Verified reviewThe core service is OK, but the app and associated processes could be improved. My reservation is still showing as active 4 days after I left the parking so I can't download the invoice that my employer needs.

Verified reviewI changed my booking as I thought I might arrive earlier than I planned. This was accepted on the app but what actually happened was the original booking was cancelled and a new booking was created but not confirmed. When we arrived at the car park the next day, we couldn’t get in. The helpline was no help at all!
