Verified reviewThanks for everything as always! I’m so sorry for running over my reserved time today. I always try to make sure I don't go over, but I really appreciate how kind you guys are.If it's possible, I'd love it if there was an "extension" option for when we're about to exceed the booking time. I didn't know there wasn't one, so I panicked. It would be an amazing help if there was a smooth extension process we could use.

Verified reviewCustomer service was smooth, as described for parking. The entrance to the lot is a bit narrow, but it was wide enough for my SUV to get in and out without any issues. The parking area itself was clean and dry, with fairly spacious spaces. The price was quite reasonable. I would definitely park here again if I'm ever in the area.

Verified reviewBooking a parking spot is simple, the app is clear and onepark-prices are lower then what the hotel asks for the same parking.

Verified reviewNo, their system is not automatically connected to Alhambra parking. The instructions for that location are misleading
