Verified reviewVery bad experience. I booked a parking space next to Eifel Tower. There are two entrances and no information which one to use. The staff at the place does not speak english and is absolutely rude and unwilling to help. Horrible! I had to buy a new ticket as the QR code and the Registration option did not work. At least the carpark was safe although it smells disgusting. Customer service is contacted as I want my money back. Absolutely not recommend!!!

Verified reviewThe ramps are too small for a Tesla Y. Impossible to just turn. I had to make 5 point turns to get up or down when there was a car parked directly across the ramp.
