Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

I arrived at the car park and entered the code to open the barrier and it did not work. I tried 2 more times and stopped. I had to take a ticket. I have sent one park an email to inform them of my problem but so far they have not answered. I do not want to pay two times for parking.

the only thing that could be improved is to have the entry code in a more conspicuous place, perhaps in the subject lien of the confirmation e-mail or somewhere at the top of that e-mail. It was rather hidden and fell off screen on my mobile

Parkeren ging soepel.
