Verified reviewI was supposed to receive my order 2 days after I ordered my package. So far, 8 days have passed and I still do not have my order. I have written to NOSE, and they continue to give me the run around. The excuses that have been given to me thus far are that we are checking on why the package is on hold, let me speak to my manager, and sorry that we didn’t reply sooner. Today is Saturday 12/14 my order was made 12/6 through my own effort I found the package in Germany and I live in Miami, Florida. I have given them 1 star if I could give them 0 stars I would. NOSE is unreliable, unpredictable, irresponsible, and not very caring about their customers. I placed an order months ago and a similar thing happened I was promised then that this would never happen again. It is OBVIOUS that they have not changed their ways. I remain a disappointed customer. John R.
