Verified reviewThis is the second time I have hamd selected my 6 samples and I was given random ones that I have never heard of. I spent an hour picking out my choices and I am upset I didn't get even close to what I selected. This is not OK. I am tempted to return my package because I could have ordered this in the US and paid a bit less with a discount code.

Dear April, I’m really sorry for this experience with us, and I completely understand your frustration. After checking, it seems that your selected samples were not validated in your cart at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, this is why we were unable to include them — we did not have a record of your final selection. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Nose Team
