Verified reviewThe ordering process and delivery where fine. But I did not receive the correct order. After I placed my order I received a call to inform my the crunchy veg salad was not available. I substituted edamame. When I received my order I didn’t have the chicken katsu Sando. I called to say it was missing and the same lady said yes she forgot to tell me the sando was not available. An important miss. So you called to tell me the salad wasn’t available but forgot to tell me the main sando was not as well? Not happy because I would have cancelled the entire order. A refund is processing (I hope) and she said it will take a couple of days.
