Verified reviewYour food is always amazing a bit pricey but its worth it. However yesterday on collecting my order the greeting that I got was far from the normal that I receive in there. The young girl had a very sour face, wasn't very welcoming and when I checked to see if she had put in my extra sweet sauce that I had paid for she hadn't. When I kindly said it was missing, her face said it all. I thought I had paid for 2 extra but she sighed and pointed to the receipt where it stated I indeed had only paid for 1 extra. Her attitude wasn't very friendly at all... and it has put me off slightly from going into the store for a bit.

Verified reviewThe woman in the store is very rude. It is never pleasurable speaking to her on the phone for our order or picking up in store. The happy sushi box was quite good but our additional products disappointed. The mochi were frostbitten, the french touch was poorly assembled and falling apart as well as there was no fig jam in the roll. Additionally, we asked for "everything" when she asked if we wanted soy, wasabi, etc... but we got home and were disappointed that there was no sweet soy. We expected this to be included with everything else as it usually is.
