All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewThe site is easy to navigate and I'm satisfied with the item but it took a while to arrived, understandable considering it came from Italy and I'm a bit surprised of the additional custom duties to be paid in our country is I think a bit expensive. Thanks Motostorm

Verified reviewI was satisfied because the time from ordering the product to delivery was on schedule. There is a customs duty, so it would be better if the shipping cost was cheaper. The outer and inner boxes were damaged and partly wet, but the product was safe. I want you to carry it carefully.

Verified reviewYou are nothing short of INCREDIBLE! You were the “ONLY” place in the entire World that had the top of the line Dianese shirt I wanted in size L. I ordered from you on the 6th of June, I figured I might have it for the 2023 riding season next year. I received on the 10th of June. That is nothing short of amazing!!! I watched it travel from Italy to middle USA and back to Northern NY and change hands exactly 20 times. I literally can not send a letter across the road to my neighbor that fast right now. The speed of your response is inspiring. Thank you so much! 6stars!

Verified reviewThis store had the best price in the entire world! I was a bit hesitant since they are in Italy and I am in the USA. My order arrived faster than most things I order in the States, was correct and well packed. I have already placed another order and will continue to check here before I order anywhere else.
