All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewIt took 16 days from ordering from Japan to arrival. The shipping cost was ¥ 5,000 for boots, backpacks and accessories. Even so, I was able to purchase it for ¥ 20,000 cheaper than purchasing it in Japan. satisfaction!

Verified reviewI was skeptical about order from out of the country. I originally ordered a medium and then happen to find one at a local moto shop. I tried it on and was to snug. I reached out to motostorm and they quickly replied and changed my order. Received the right one quickly and with no problem. Great customer service and thank you.
