All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI still have not received my order. Supposedly I would receive it in 24 hours
Reply from Motostorm.it
We are sorry for the delay in delivery. The order indicated Shipment in 24 hours and it was shipped in the indicated time - then 3/5 days are required for the package to be delivered at your door. According to the tracking it was already delivered.

Verified reviewCommunication at first was not great, one of my items was on backorder, but they did not tell me this so my order showed in process for a long time. I had to send multiple emails to ask why it hadn't shipped yet. Finally they responded and resolved the issue and my order was shipped and delivered quickly. I have used Motostorm in the past and will use them again in the future.

Verified reviewI was a bit hesitant initially to purchase from motostprm. However based on my experience I’d like to thank Juliana from motostorm for proactively updating me on my order. The delivery was super fast and I got my Akra carbon exhaust in just 3 days. Very happy with the quality delivered, packaging and customer service. To anybody out there, tis is one of the best websites you can rely on. Thank you motostorm for an amazing experience and looking forward to few other purchases in near future.

Verified reviewNavigation on the site was ok but more product information and details of UK taxes would help. Communication via email was great, delivery times as promised. A very positive experience , would certainly shop with you again. Very happy customer 😀
