All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI would have given 5 stars if the tank bag was shipped to USA in a timely fashion. Purchased on the 4th of the month but a couple days later when I checked it said shipping on the 12th. Then on the 12th it said late delivery. I called and they said it was shipped from Germany to Italy but not received yet. A couple more days. I was leaving for a trip and had order based on the delivery initially expected. I requested that they prioritize my order and ship asap after receiving it. Well they did and it was shipped on a Wednesday morning Italy time and believe it or not was received on Thursday afternoon on the east coast and in time for my trip. I was thankful that it worked out in the long run.

Verified reviewMy experience with Juliana working on a resolution for the delay in shipment for an out-of stock item was great. Service was professional and prompt, given the time zone differences between Italy and USA.

Verified reviewAs with previous purchases, Motostorm are excellent at Customer Service. Givi was a bit slow in getting the specialist item for my V85TT, but Motostorm followed up, and got the whole thing going. Good pricing. Great service. Fast delivery. Much better than Australia. Thank you.

Reply from Motostorm.it
The order was shipped earlier than indicated and it contained exactly what you ordered. We explained numerous times that the order was shipped correctly based on what you ordered and that the items were sold individually and not as kits - you plainly ignored all our attempts to explain what happened and insulted our Customer care operator. We answered all your emails since the beginning and were always respectful in trying to explain the situation. We are sorry you are still not satisfied with the purchase.
