All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewgood quality products, really good communication.Very responsive customer service - had issues with delivery due to RoyalMail strikes, once contacted customer service I was promised replacement products if the originals didn't turn up, luckily they did- still, good effort and efficient reaction to the issue. would definitely recommend .

Verified reviewThey sent me a defective product and are refusing to pay for return shipping or give me a refund. Now I’m stuck with a defective product that I cannot use and I’m losing all the money I paid for it. Very unethical company! Do not buy anything from here.
