All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewWe had to pay £50.00 extra for the delivery UPS charges for delivery I no it’s in the small print now and trust me the wording is small so it’s a rip off just because we’re not in Europe total nonsense
Reply from Motostorm.it
Hello, as we are based in Italy customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our clients about this on our website.

OMG political nonsense. I didn’t vote to leave Europe it was forced on us. I guarantee you 50 or more per cent don’t read your website. It’s the item they want. I brought a pair of Italian shoes paid the price and they were delivered with no one banging on my door for £50. What nonsense this is. I will let many Bike clubs no about your scam and I will put this on all there websites.
