All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewPrice gauging around Black Friday: couldn't use my discount codes, ordered anyway, ended up paying more as the price dropped again 2-3 days after BF. Some products are reported available and orderable in a certain size, but after the order I've been told they're discontinued in the size ordered. Pretty weird. Delivered quickly.

Verified reviewI live in the USA and the outlet that we have uses 110v. The Mavic 3 fly more combo that I bought from you came with the 65w charger that uses 220v plug. I had to buy a new 65w charger for $85 from DJI.

Verified reviewThey charged $30.00 to delivery my package which I was not aware of. I had to fill out some form for customs which it took time off the delivery.

Verified reviewI ordered my armour for an event I was taking part in. The order went through with a delivery date 2 days before I needed it. On the day of delivery I was informed it had been delayed by 5 days which meant I couldn’t do the event and had no apology or contact from this company at all. Terrible service and would not reccomend at all! Ruined my weekend completely and meant me wasting a lot of money!

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. I can see that your order was shipped after 2 days. There seems to be delays with delivery because of customs clearance. Soon you will be contacted by customer service.
