All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewAlways ask me to pay some sort of import tax upon product delivery. Better if these kind of information is informed in advance. Which means the price I have agreed is different to which I actually paid. Two times in a row!!

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We state this on our website and on the confirmation email that you receive after your order has been placed.

Verified reviewThe product will work for my needs, but the packaging was terrible. The lock was out of the bubble pack and was bounced around in shipping. Their needs to be more care taken in the shipping process.

Verified reviewMotostorm could give me nice products based on reasonable price. If Motostorm can ship products with cheaper cost like FCmoto, that's better.
