All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI live in the USA and the Klim Ai-1 airbag vest was shipped FedEx and was impressed how fast delivery was. If buying this vest keep in mind that in in Europe they do not ship the in&box module with the vest, you just order the module online at in&motion website either lease or buy one outright. It is confusing as in the USA they ship it with the vest. Motostorm was very helpful in explaining the above. I saved money on this purchase, shipped fast and noticed no USA sales taxes. I'm pleased.

Verified reviewVery happy with the service I received, haven't received my order yet, so can't comment on that side yet. But definitely not happy about the Import Taxes now imposed, which makes purchasing overseas now very unattractive, these costs should be quoted at time of interest/purchase, as wasn't happy receiving this after I had paid and got hit with nearly another $300AUD!! Will be thinking twice next time I order overseas, may have to go back to shopping locally.
