All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewFor the sale, they done an amazing job answering my questions really fast and offering deal without hesitation. I haven’t experience this kind of pre-sell service for a long time. I hope to get the same if I have issue afterwards if something happens. Thank you!

Verified review4- stars, because they take an entire week to just process your order. Bring that down to 2-3 shipping, and earn that 5-star review.

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of Gaerne boots all the way from Idaho, USA. I was a bit skeptical ordering from Italy. As it turned out, I was super easy, and fast! In fact I got my boots faster than a dishwasher I ordered from Home Depot in my home town! I double checked the size three times before ordering, and I got the right size, delivered fast, and saved $100 USD on my order! I will be ordering again! Thank you and Merry Christmas

Verified reviewBrilliant company to deal with. They managed to get me my fuel tank from Italy to Australia quicker than auspost can transport stuff domestically. Packing was spot on. Highly recommend MotoStorm to anybody.

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of Gaerne boots because they had the size I need in stock. Price was less than their competition even factoring in freight. I received them sooner than expected, so over all I am a very happy camper!
