Verified review(There may be some errors in my English.) I buy a lot from Motostorm in Japan. Motostorm's customer service is great. They have a wide range of products. But my latest purchase had a bit of a bad experience. When I was tracking my parcel, my parcel was returned to Motostorm from the airport without any prior notice. If there is a problem in the process of shipping the package, I would like them to inform the customer of the reason in advance. If there is no notice, the customer will be anxious because they don't know why there was a problem. When I contacted them by email, I found out the reason. I won't write the reason here. And they said it would take a week to resend the parcel. I requested to cancel the order by email. There was no reply from them for a long time. So I spent a time not knowing whether I could cancel or not. I was finally able to cancel. Motostorm's cancellation and refund response was sincere. If there is a problem in the process of shipping, Motostorm should inform the customer of the reason and the subsequent response. Motostorm should also respond to customer emails promptly, even if it's just an automated, perfunctory reply. I would like to continue shopping with Motostorm in the future.

Verified reviewMotostorm.it has a great selection at amazing prices. My only suggestion would be that they order tracking, especially for non-stock items should be a little more detailed. For instance the order status should include the dates when the items are ordered from the supplier with an expected delivery date and then a possible shipment date to the customer. Additionally, if it would be poassible to have the Duties and Taxes calculated at checkout that would be great so it's not a huge surprise when the customer gets their order.

I am from UAE and whenever I ordered from any website, I’m motorcycle parts. Accessories usually takes a minimum of three weeks, but In Moto storm maximum of 10 days if I need any parts for motorcycle directly, go to motor to check if this part is there good luck guys

When I inquired about the delay, the responses were slow and unreliable. If the shipment is delayed beyond the expected date, you should notify the customer.

We have comunicated the information as soon as we were informed, unfortunately sometimes it does not come as quickly as we wished. The responses that we gave were based on the official comunication from the brand and we apologize if they have been perceived as not reliable. The brand has indeed postponed several time the arrival date and we have forwarded the update as soon as we had it. Of course if you do not wish to wait a refund is possible any time as long as the order has not been shipped.
