What do Internet users think about monbento.co.uk ?

Monbento is often described as easy to use and straightforward, with customers finding what they need quickly and appreciating the clear shopping flow. Several reviews also praise the quality of the boxes, the careful packaging, and the practical use for meals, trips, or travel, while one customer mentions using the plastic and glass boxes regularly, along with the insulated bag. At the same time, some reviews point to slow or missing delivery, one wrong-colour item, a complaint that was not answered, and a limited choice of colours, while another customer felt the pictures did not show the scale of the products well. When problems arise, one review says they are solved immediately, and Monbento gathers mostly positive feedback with 117 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.1 stars.
