Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyWe ordered a necklace for our dear friend with Merci Maman. We did a good choice to not engrave a too long text on the silver ring. We are satisfied with the result and our friend was very happy for the gift. I will recommend this as an idea for presents in the future. The delivery was extremely fast, we received the necklace in 2 days! Incredible.

Review collected by a third party1st bracelet was faulty so had to be returned. Exchanged it for diffrent product were my instructions were completely ignored so it arrived and it was incorrect. Just sent my purchase back again so hopefully they get it right this time. l paid for delivery and not even an offer of goodwill for all the inconvenience. Really poor experience.

Review collected by a third partyI received a very nice necklace but the writing in it is smaller than I expected so it’s hard to read but generally nice quality and hopefully will be well received!

Review collected by a third partyThe necklace I bought for my wife came out perfect! The quality truly exceeded my expectations and when she read the inscription on the back she cried. It was then I knew, that I had done well! Thank you! 🙂

Review collected by a third partyAfter receiving the necklace (brand new) and trying to open it it broke and we can not close it. This is a brand new necklace and it did not last 1 day. I also could not find where I can return/exchange on the web site.

Review collected by a third partyThe usability and user experience of your shop is terrible. I can't say anything about your product, I just bought a voucher. If I had the option to buy elsewhere, I would have.
