Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI just needed to get another charm for the grandma who got her necklace with three charms, her three grandchildren by the time years ago. With another arrival...another charm was needed. I called up customer service for some help and all was done efficiently and in a timely matter. Great products for different occasions

Review collected by a third partyAwful!! Expensive and the item that arrives looks nothing like the picture. Completely mis-sold. I raised a request for a refund and 5 working days have passed and I’ve heard nothing. I will be taking this further. I thought I was ordering a beautiful bracelet for my mums 60th birthday and a out of shape cheap looking piece of metal arrived. Avoid at all costs - do not order!!
