Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyBeautiful engraved bracelet bought for my daughter's 30th birthday. She wanted a family saying engraved on the inside and she absolutely loves it. Purchase process faultless and all correspondence around delivery too.

Review collected by a third partyGreat customer service! Within a couple of hours of placing my order I realised I had made a mistake so emailed asking to edit my engraving. The email was acknowledged and my order updated. I also requested that my order be shipped after a certain date as I was on holiday. My items arrived exactly as requested and look great.

Review collected by a third partyQuality of the item was good and fast turnaround, but for the price I expected something a bit bigger, the key ring was tiny. Overall good quality but poor value for money

Review collected by a third partyBeautiful bracelets, I received my personalised bracelet the day after ordering even though I had only paid for a slower delivery service. I have bought a few products from this business and always been very happy. 10/10

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a 925 sterling bracelet with hand engraving based on the pictures on the site. I've never been more disappointed by anything i have purchased online. The bracelet was tiny almost child sized and was so flimsy that it was oval shaped rather than round. Its so well made that you can bend it between you thumb and fore finger. The engraving is so faint and the bracelet is so thin that you can barely read it. In all honesty, i have better produced jubilee clips in my car. This was my 1st purchase and it was a present for our wedding day in 3 weeks time. Needless to say i wont ever be purchasing from this company again. The 1 star is purely for delivery and the presentation box.
