Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyAbsolutely fantastic service from this company who really go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your order. After receiving a bracelet, which I had ordered for my granddaughter, we were not that keen on the clasp, which I had requested, so I emailed the company and promptly received a reply I completed a form, returned the bracelet free of charge back to Merci Maman, then a few days later the bracelet was returned to me with the new clasp on and the original clasp was also returned back to me. Highly recommend this company I have placed numerous orders with them over the years and have never been disappointed.

Review collected by a third partyVery helpful assisting, prompt engraving, fast delivery in two days. It is a lovely piece of jewellery. It is a bit larger than we thought for a toddler. It would be good to demonstrate the real size of the pendant on a picture with a coin next to it. It is a beautiful Christening present and I’m sure she will wear it when she grows up.

Review collected by a third partyI bought a bracelet for my adult daughter with an engraved disc. She was thrilled to pieces, absolutely loved it. I also like that the bracelet can be replaced for £10, if and when needed.
