Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered two necklaces, one for myself and one for my husband, engraved with our angel babies names and dates of birth on the front and reverse, I couldn't be happier with the quality, price and delivery time. Our babies will be forever close to our hearts now, thank you!

Review collected by a third partyThe bracelet is really beautiful and dainty. I had been looking for a bracelet that could be personalised with a longer message for a while. The bracelet itself looks lovely & good quality

Review collected by a third partyPurchase was a personalised bracelet for my sister to give her on her wedding day, with her wedding date engraved within the bracelet. I rang the store as I noticed I had not filtered my order to silver instead of gold and realised my mistake. The London mercimaman store were so nice on the phone, I spoke with Emma and she made sure my order was changed and explained how to reorder ensuring I paid the same about as originally purchased with a discount code. Very friendly and lovely service. Definitely would purchase again.

Review collected by a third partyBeautiful little bracelets. Bought matching ones for a couple who just had a baby, and engraved the baby’s initial. They were much appreciated. Merci Maman was excellent at readying the bracelets with short notice
