Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyNeeded a personal gift for my friend’s 50th.Disc for a keyring was engraved perfectly and it was beautifully presented in a posh looking box. Also, the service was extremely quick. Used to order from MerciMaman over 15years ago whenever I needed a present for a friend who had given birth. I am very happy to see that the quality hasn‘t changed, since. Best recommendation if you are looking for something special.

Review collected by a third partyBeautiful necklace ordered and the engraving is the perfect touch. Great customer service. When I contacted after a considerable delay in receiving my product (through postal strikes not the fault of Merci Maman) they promptly replied to my enquiry and were willing to help as best they can. Highly recommended for brilliant products and great customer service. Will be purchasing again for sure.

Review collected by a third partySuch good customer service! I made the order on line late one evening and received a phone call early the next day to check the details of the engraving I had requested. The bracelet was despatched later that day and was delivered the next. It is beautiful, exactly as described and great value. Cannot recommend Merci Maman highly enough and hope to buy from them again Thank you!

Review collected by a third partyThe metal band and personalisation is pretty but it feels SO cheap and flimsy so I’m really disappointed.

Review collected by a third partyVery good kind personal service My only concern is the fact that the jewellery although very beautiful is stated to be silver in my case is not hallmarked which does sound alarm bells Best wishes Rosemary recent
