I had asked for 2 personalized bracelets to gift to my mom and grandma in remembrance of my grandfathers passing. In the notes, I requested for you to add a music note to one of the bracelets to make it a bit more personalized. Because your website did not indicate you could add any special characters, I was not expecting it. No one from your team reached out to me inquiring about the special request. When my bracelets came and I opened them up, I was in tears when I saw the music notes engraved on the bracelet. Merci Maman, thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond and fulfilling my unusual request- you don't know how much it meant not only to me but my entire family.

Review collected by a third partyI completely understand that mercimaman are not the cause of delivery failure. And it didn't arrive at Christmas due to delivery issues. When I contacted them for help, I was quite upset as it was a gift to commemorate my wife's father who died just before Christmas. They were very kind and couldn't do enough to help me. The problem was sorted in 24 hours and my wife is wearing a beautiful necklace.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a dainty love links bracelet just before Christmas. Unfortunately due to strikes etc I got it after Christmas - no biggie. I got a fairly good deal on the bracelet (discount plus a voucher code) so it worked out nearly half price with free shipping. The bracelet is really nice, delicate but not too thin that you'd be scared it would break. I got it in silver and the small disc personalized which is a lovely touch. The size and style is great. My only criticism is the price at full price. Honestly I think it's worth what I paid for it but not the full price tag. I think I would purchase another piece of jewellery but only during sale time as I feel they are just too expensive.

However, i was utterly disappointed to find that on the two occasions i wore it my neck and chest turned black and green very quickly. At nearly £155 I would expect a better quality product. Such a waste as i wont be able to wear it again.
