Review collected by a third partyI have no choice but to leave this review. A necklace of mine had tarnished and despite the cleaning instructions by Merci Maman the damage is irreversible. I wrote an email to customer services and was told that the item has been worn over time (not true as this item was worn 2/3 times) is not available and that they would be unwilling to replace. A 30% discount was offered. I have bought a few items from this company and this is the first time anything like this has happened which clearly suggests the item is defective. I am not going to spend a penny more on this company. The right thing to do would have been to replace for a like for like.

Review collected by a third partyMerci Maman bracelets are great. They are classy and unique. Good quality. My daughter has quite a few now, some with personal engraving which she adores. I gave my teenage granddaughter her first bracelet for her birthday this year and she was thrilled. I recently purchased 2 bracelets in the sale, perfect for my girls. Customer service is excellent. They will do everything they can to help you and more. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Review collected by a third partyThis is an updated review, following one I left last month. I had ordered three items from the Summer Sale on the 29/6/23. Unfortunately nothing arrived and after contacting Merci Maman on the 22/7/23, I was told my items had been lost in the post and were no longer available, I was refunded and given a 30% discount on my next order. Yesterday 7/7/23, the postman delivered a package which turned out to be the items I had ordered. I contacted Merci Maman and spoke to Giulia, a very helpful and friendly person, she sorted everything out for me by the next day, I would would like to say thank you to her for all her assistance. I now have my items and Merci Maman have been paid. As always, I am very happy with the jewellery and the craftsmanship of the engraving. Hurrah!
