Review collected by a third partyOrdered an engraved bracelet for the birth of my son and it broke within 6 months. The company gave us a new bracelet and that broke within 3 months. The company allowed to us order a different bracelet and that broke within a week! In our emails the staff member was passive aggresive commenting how she was "surprised that you have struggled to keep your bracelets unbroken"... the last one literally broke as I was sat on the sofa. They eventually agreed to refund us- the post office said we had to pay customs to send the bracelets back which ended up costing us £12 but when we emailed Astrid about this she told us we were wrong and forts class stamp would have been sufficient and so she wouldn't reimburse the postage cost. How can we be wrong when the post office themselves have said it has to have a customs stamp? Honestly never had such a bad experience with a company before.

Review collected by a third partyI purchased a 9ct gold pendant engraved with a name at a cost of 330 euros. When I received it I was shocked it was nothing like what I'd seen on their website. It was tiny of no substance and you could not see the engraving, when on, it did not hang on the chain but stuck to your skin. After many emails they just took the chain back refunding me 199 euros and I'm left with a disc for 130 euros that's only fit for the bin. They have such poor customer service 😢 in all they were just not interested. Please think twice before buying without seeing. Or at least do not use their engraving service,meant to be free but cost me dearly. Very very dissatisfied customer.

Review collected by a third partyThe packaging is nice but I found the earrings very fragile smaller than anticipated - there is the earring attachment bar with the earring just slotted onto it - there's nothing holding the two pieces together - the engraving is tiny because of the small size of the earring. I am disappointed for the price

Review collected by a third partyI bought the personalised Mummy necklace for my sister-in-law’s birthday. Both my daughter and I have this necklace in silver but I bought the rose gold vermeil. It’s a lovely necklace and she was delighted with it but I was very disappointed in the size of the disc and the figures. It was so much smaller than mine (which was bought about 6 years ago.) the figures are so small you almost need a magnifying glass to read the names.

I made a little mistake on the engraving and I messaged via their WhatsApp account and they got back to me straight away and amended it after I had placed the order which was amazing. The bracelet is amazing quality, beautiful and a great keepsake! Highly recommend

My friend ordered one of these personalized necklaces for my son, so I knew that I had to order another after my daughter was born. 5 years apart the pieces are very similar (silver beaded circle necklace) and yet special in their own unique cursive style. I love it!
