For some reason got stuck at customs in France for not having the right documentation and although it was promised to be delivered before Christmas, it didn’t, even though the order was placed on the 15th. I asked for a refund, as I needed to find an alternative present, this was not fast either. I received my refund on the 30th. No apology, no explanation from them, just the standard thank you for your message email. Really bad customer service and really disappointed, the only reason you have 1 star is because it doesn’t allow zero.
