Verified reviewThe effort I had to go to, to have my money returned to me was shockingly poor. No response from Customer Services who I had to constantly chase during the small window of their opening hours to have my funds returned. Customer service is not the priority here as by the time it took Lacoste to sort this issue out, one of the items I had ordered was no longer in stock in my size. Disappointing.
