Verified reviewNo replies from email questions, online chat bot is a waste of time, low stock levels or no stock most of the time, no way of being notified when an item is back in stock, delivery took ages with no explanation and tracking information sent was incorrect.constantly asked for feedback but it doesn’t seem to go anywhere and still no replies! Customers should be offered promo codes for participating or when requests fall on deaf ears
