I do love Lacoste but the difference in sizing between different models of the same item eg t shirt, is sometimes very frustrating.

Whilst I’m satisfied at receiving a refund for a faulty product, I received less than I paid as I had to pay for delivery. Poor service given the top was faulty to not offer an exchange or full money back
